Holland 2005

Hi, all, I am back from Holland! I had the most amazing trip.. eating lots of different things and doing a decent amount of shopping (not too much!). Though... I think Candy and I brought quite a bit of chocolate back. And, this was the right timing--being Thanksgiving soon, so I only have to work a three day work week! Yay for me!!! :)

Happy Thanksgiving!!! I am making the side dishes to go with the Thanksgiving dinner at my neighbor's house. I am going to be making a dutch dish, Boerenkool Stamppot. Candy really wanted it... so, we will see how it goes. I will surely post pictures when I am done! :)
